Torbay has long been a popular place to visit and live, and for a good many reasons.

Situated on the South Devon coast, and known as the English Riviera, it is well served by an enviable microclimate. The warm air of the Gulf Stream allows tropical plants to flourish, and the famous Torbay Palms which line the seafront give the town a distinctive and continental feel.

There are excellent facilities on offer. An International Leisure centre, a choice of good local schools, high street shopping, pavement cafes around the harbourside, theatres, cinemas, glorious gardens and a number of beaches - all of these things combine to make Torbay an ideal location to live.

Good rail links, and close to the A38, larger cities are not far away.
